40mg is sufficient, 50mg is nice, ive heard of a 100mg but i wouldnt advise it...start with 40mg/ED and find your personal favorite...tends to get pricey though
ok, suppose i dish out for 400 tabs, is it better to taper down or vice versa?
ex:
wk 9: 40ed (56 tabs)
wk 10: 45ed (63 tabs)
wks 11-14: 50ed (280tabs)
OR
wks 9-12: 50ed
wk 13: 45ed
wk 14: 50ed
Any thoughts?
Use whatever you have at 40-60mg everyday for preferably not less than 6 weeks of your cycle. Don't taper or pyramid. One universal dose. Doesn't matter so much where you place it in your cycle, although I recommend weeks 8-14.
