I am 5'"11', and weight 205, with about 20% bf. Should i do test e or test p with winstrol? Is there anything else I should take other than winstrol, and how should the layout be for each week with these supplements?

What are your goals? How did your first 2 cycles look?

Im guessing you want to cut and then you need to have your diet in check first, thats the must importent thing while cutting alongside the cardio. Supps wont do everything for you.

I want to be a solid 215, I can't just pack on weight all of a sudden. I don't want people to know.

Then i would run test prop with tren. You can put on decent size and it will make you harder.

I personally dont like winstrol cause it messes with my elbows and gives me bad acne.

20% bodyfat is high. Youd be better off getting your diet in check before doing another cycle.

i agree with palme on the prop and tren. the nice thing about that cycle is that they run through your system about the same time, so they will kick in fast and you can start pct three days after your last shot

I think your talking about Aratest by Aranda, Aquatest is Denkall's T.suspension. Big difference between the two, make sure u know what yer getting.
