hey bros, as most of you know, weight gain and weight loss is based on one thing.....the ratio b/t total calories consumed vs. total calories burned.
When your on your cycle, you probably eat protein and carbs like mad mothafuka in order to gain lean body mass. so my question is, do you still do cardio when on a cycle?? And how much?
Wouldnt cardio just defeat the purpose of consuming as much 'clean' calories as you can?
I do quite a bit of mountain biking in the summer (about 3-4 times a week for about 90 minutes each) so I'm hoping this wont interfere with my gains.
