    Lowering Blood Pressure

    I Have Heard That Garlic Tabs And Arginine Are Good For Lowering Blood Pressure. Any Other Products You Would Suggest.. Thanks

    there supposed to work .But after a while they seem to kind of not work ive heard..For me im taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon..Each pill is 1,200mg.It seems to be steady at 130ish over 80 ish ..IN the morning its a bit high bu tnot that bad....

    actually yeah I live on the mex border and was curious what I could use If I was interested.

    Lozgod referred a book to me "Reversing Hypertension" he said it works for him. It talks about a bunch of supplements and stuff you can take to lower your BP. Tomorrow im actually going to pick mine up that i ordered.

    Blood Pressure

    Pro Lab is suppose to make a product that is real good for lowering blood pressure. Can't remember the name.

    I agree with the supps mentioned as well as making sure you take your fish and flax oils.
