Improving lipid profile with Nolvadex and lipitor?

I am running femera (letrozole) in my cycle as my anti e. Would 10mg EOD of Nolvadex be sufficent to help improve my lipid profile? I am not using the nolva as an anti e so I don't care about that. I want to run it along with the femera to help with the lipid profile. I am going legit, and these HRT clinics are crazy, they charge 3 bucks a pill, so if possible I want to spread them out. The way i figure it, is that some has got to be better than none, right? I was also wondering if having the doctor prescribe lipitor as a preventive measure would help. I have no idea how that drug works, so I don't know if it would be beneficial to take during a cycle or not. Femera is very hard on your lipid profile, would lipitor help with this, or does femera hurt your cholesterol in a way lipitor would not help.

the one thing to consider about lipitor (or any cholesterol med) is that it is metabolized and eliminated hepatically. So, if you are hitting your liver pretty hard alreay and have elevated liver values, the medicine could do more harm than good.

Yes, 10 mg of nolvadex will improve your lipid profiles, even when being used in conjunction with an AI, although not as much as if you weren't using the AI. It won't do a ton for HDL, maybe a 5 point increase but it will lower your LDL significantly.
