    Tylers liver detox during or after cycle?

    I'm gonna be taking throughout my cycle ALA 1000mg and Milk thistle 600mg. I also have tylers liver detox coming my way. Should I take the Tyler liver detox during my cycle or after my cycle. I was thinking of taking it when running the winny. this is my cycle
    EQ 500mg, Sust 500mg weeks 1-8
    Winny 7-11 50mg eod

    I would start it a couple weeks before your orals and continue it for about 3 weeks after you stop using the orals...

    about this thread,say im running dbols for only 4weeks can i run the liver protector ALA,Milk Thristle for 4-5weeks aswell and than stop it?

    ala is a anti-oxidant. it supposedly is an insluin mimicker as well. which would be ideal for bodybuilders on cycle.

    can i use milk thristle for liver instead and at what dosage for effectiveness?

    there are a million threads on this, but IMO the majority of conclusions were that ALA is a better choice for liver protection than milk thistle...

    You are correct, I also read somewhere in a thread here that ALA can also help in promoting gains at high doses.. I still take Liver Detox and Milk T every day. I haven't gotten my lazy azz over to GNC to get some ALA. I need to..
