I'm having elbow problems. After reading every post possible, seemed the most talked about was Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM. The company Schiff sells a bottle called "Move Free" Joint Strengthener which contains all 3.
im usin it...i think its prolly better to get it seperate and use at higher doses, its not doin much for me
GridIronDevil, This bottle has 1500mg Glucosamine, 1200mg Chondroitin, and 1500 MSM. Is yours the same?

Glucosamine never worked for me- a waste do money. EQ on the other hand has always worked!

I guess it goes back to every body reacts different. GH is the best, but not everyone is willing to do it. Deca has always worked for me, but wanted to try to make it better before I actually went back on to make sure I'll be able to lift heavier without my elbow crapping out in mid-cycle.
