    is wrong to take nor synephrine with ephedrine>?

    I got bottles of ephedrine I wanted to take it with thermo hydroxadrine and I was afraid of epherine and nor synephrine mixing. I currently use epherine with xenadrine with no problem.

    no its fine

    Sypehrine is mostly for additional appetite supression

    20 mgs 2 times daily is all I need
