Not getting big gains!!! help please!!!
right now i'm on my 2nd week of a test 400 deca 300 cycle... dont know if i need more food intake or up the gear...
Stats: 5'10 200lbs.
cycle: test 400 (400 mg) and deca (300mg) a week...
food : right around 4-5K cal. per day...
when i started my cycle i was around 192lbs
any advice or comments ????? Thanks

well in my experience my test and deca didn't kick in until wk 4 or 5. are the cal ur getting all clean? hows ur training and rest?

lol... u gotta give it time bro, ur only 2 weeks in!! give to week 5 and u will feel it.
wut are ur stats? and how long u plan on running ur cycle?

lol yeah bro i agree with tycin normally the only time ur gonna expect gains in the first few wks is on something like drol or dbol that kickstarts ur cycle.

agree with all abouve,the gear dont norm kick off till at least wk 4

If you did not know that your gear would take 4 or so weeks to kick in then you should have done more research pre-cycle

Due to long half lives of both, you wont begin to see gains till around week 4

My bro is in his second week and he is like Im stronger and bigger and ya know what?...he is Noticably alot bigger and stronger..I was like dude your trippin..its water weight and he flexed and was bigger..we were workin out and hes stronger..alot stronger..alot of it I think is placebo..even in the later weeks..I mean think about it if my bro has never heard (which he hasnt) that strength and size gains come in week 4 and 5 like I did and he is injecting test in his blood then he could start seeing them now right, like he is..and I started seeing them in week 5 ..ya think its because thats what weve learned?..Im not going to tell him week 5 and see if he keeps growing

so far clean cals. and i'm going to run it for at least 10 at most 12 weeks... i have noticed a bit stronger but its my first cycle and hoping to come out big....

personally, i feel you shouldnt be doing gear if you know so little that you think 2 weeks should yield huge (if any) gains.
I dont know SQUAT about AAS, but even I know thats ridiculous.

Your right about the genes , My other brother is endo-meso where as we are ecto-meso ,we started the same time and Im getting quicker gains than endo brother guess Im somewhere in the middle..funny thing about the avatar is its true..from your avatar it looks like your back is probably as ripped as the front..lookin good

What exactly did you expect? 30 lbs in the first week?

8 lbs in two weeks, the first two weeks let alone, is no let down. If your expecting 30 lbs at all your tripping. It's nearly impossible to put on and keep 30 lbs from one cycle. Many say they do, but it's bull****.(Not saying it's impossible to put on 40-50lbs on a cycle, keeping its another thing)
But if your eating 4-5k cals a day(hopefully clean and not ****, or ur askin for other probs) and your training is on point, it's split into at least 6 meals, and u get at least 8 hours sleep, and u already put on 8 elbows, ur in for a good one bro. Enjoy.
