    Question Should I expect results now??

    Here are my #'s: It is my second cycle, first real good one.

    24 yrs old
    175lbs

    So far I have been on
    35 dbol per day.
    Sustanon EOD
    Deca 300 Every 4 day
    Also Liquidex as a Anti-E and to prevent bloating and gyno

    Beginning 250 Test E once Sus complete.
    Followed by Clomid and Clen .

    I am beginning the 3rd week, should I begin to see huge gains, so far i have noticed increased strength, but weight gain has been minimal. Eating is not an issue as well 2000-3000 calories a day.

    Eat more, get up to 4000 and then you will gain

    I wouldn't expect to see a lot of gains yet, only in week 3. The dbol should have been giving you some quick strength and size, but I recommend eating a lot more than 2000-3000 cals...more like 3500-4000 cals. Good luck bro. Keep us posted.

    Jesus dude, 2000-3000 is CUTTING for me, and I'm only 195 lbs. I'd say eating is definately an issue. Try for 350g protein, 400g carbs, 130g fats and you will grow.

    Hows your workouts, are you utilizing the Big 5? Squat, Deadlift, Rows, Bench, Military...

    I guess my biggest issue is the eating, what do you guys recommend to fill. Should i eat the fatty foods or should i be controlled and eat alot of good stuff. I have always shyed away from legs but its going to be a regular part of my workout.

    Oh man...legs are extremely important to grow. Squats are the ticket to growth, all over you body not just legs. I recommend you eat a lot more healthy food...protein obviously. Chicken, steak, eggs, tuna, cottage cheese, etc etc. Legs and food bro.

    So the key to getting big is Legs and Food. They dont teach you that in scholl.

    Quads are a massive muscle bro, you will gain like madd with quality leg training. Trust me, my legs used to be nothing.

    5000 cals ed and you'll grow.
    Don't sissy around with chicken breasts ed etc. Eat everything if your truely trying to bulk.

    Im worried about breakouts when eating just anything. Will they be a result no matter what i eat. Im trying to avoid retaining water and bloating.

    You want to get big, you gotta eat big. Drink as much water as you can, that will help keep the bloat down.

    I don't blame u for using caution for your first but your using an anti e and ldex so you have a good chance of being ok about break outs.
    Tanning helps but you'll never know how your body reacts to AS untill you try it.
    This game is alot about trial and error.
