clens not working????????

a female friend of mine is taking 120mcg now 160mcg of clens alone, its been about 8 days and there not working for her, im 100% sure there real, what may be the reason

any female should notice 160mcg of clen !! Must not be real or really really underdosed

i get them from my cousin, allways 100% good, i buy over 2000-3000 worth of **** at time.... i mean im sure theres a small posibility, but shes gettin sides, chills fever, headaches
