Hi guys, long timer reader first time poster. I am currently in HRT therapy with Oasis Clinic. This will be the first time I have ever used steroids. My program consists of 200mg per week of test/e along with nolvadex followed by clomid therapy. My reasons for seeking out HRT are: I was feeling tired, my sex drive was down, I was losing lean body mass, gaining fat, I was getting older, and I just didn't have the energy I used to have in the gym. So I suspected my testosterone levels were lower than they used to be and a blood test confirmed that. I was contacted by an Oasis employee today, because funny enough a member on this site posted about a problem that was similar to mine, that me and this representitive had discussed earlier over the phone. This employee, who was very nice, thought I may have had a problem that he wanted to remedy, because my problem and my real life name is similar to the name of the member (georgie) who had posted some concerns. I read through the thread and I would like to make a few comments and share my experiences with Oasis. I have no business interest in Oasis and the reason I am taking my time to support this company is because I am so impressed with their level of customer service. First off i'd like to say that I thought it was very cool that he called in the first place. He was not angry or standoffish as some people were in that thread, but simply wanted to help and explain that customer service and satisfaction was their number one priority. He was just a bit confused, because he thought the problem had been resolved, and made a false assumption that I was the same customer. I too had my name misprinted on the labels of my medication, but I did call and explained the problem and he shipped out new lables for me. My problem, however, went beyond the scope of georgie's problem. Oasis mistakenly sent me the wrong ancillaries. When I called and told Oasis about this, they apologized, shipped out my correct order, and even let me keep the mistakenly sent clomid. Now I think that is really cool and very indicitive to the level of customer service Oasis is prepared to offer. Now I wont have to buy so much clomid for PCT. I read that georgie was concerned with the legitamacy of the Oasis Doctor. Now I can't speak 100% to the legitamacy of the doctor, but I can make a few comments that may ease the mind's of people unsure of Oasis. Due to the type of employment I am seeking I may very well be drug tested for steroid use. I explained my concerns to Oasis and they are sending me a letter with the name of the doctor, his license number, a medical explanation as to why I am on this medication, and that I am taking it legally. They are also sending me the pharmacy billing invoice so I can submit it to my insurance. Now I guess that doesn't prove anything 100%, but it goes pretty darn close. I guess georgie did bring up a few valid points that I did not consider before. He got me a little curious so I decided to do a little investagating myself. The doctor Oasis uses is Dr. James R**** out of Florida. There is indeed a Dr. James R**** that practices in Flordia, however his address does not match the address given on the medication. But doctors often have many different offices and therfore addressess. When I get my letter Oasis is sending me with his name and license number, I will be able to look him up with the AMA, and will report my findings and be able to end the debate. I do think it would be a good idea for Oasis to post their doctor's information and credentials on their website, therefore people could very easily do their own investigating and draw their own conclusions. When I place my next order in a month I will make that suggestion. In my opinion, however, Oasis is a good company and if you are truely in need of HRT, they are very good people to work with. I have been very impressed with their level of customer service, and do reccomend them. As far as safety concerns go, they do a pretty good job, and don't just hand out the medication to anyone. You must describe your symptoms to a doctor, have a physical, and complete a blood test. Now before seeking treatment with Oasis I did talk talk to my family doctor. He sent me through a battery of tests, including a testosterone check. My test levels were in the low-mid range. He told me that there really was no medical reason why I should be feeling the way I do. He told me to get more sleep and eat better. I explained to him that there is no way my test levels could have been this low when I was younger, and was why I believed I was no longer feeling like my "old" self. He explained that yes, that was very possible, but was not familiar with this type of medication and therfore not comfortable prescribing it. I think you need to go to a doctor/clinic who knows about HRT, because I don't think most general practiconers do. They are pretty much clueless when it comes to steroids. When I got my script from Oasis, I took the medication to my doctor as well as my bloodtest. He was very impressed with the bloodtest, and said "wow, they really checked for everything." I showed him the testosterone/e and asked him about injection procedures and if the medication looked right. He explained to me what a compounding pharmacy was, and even looked that particular pharmacy up on the internet for me. He was not thrilled about the idea of HRT treatment, and did suggest I see a specialist so I could make a more informed decision, but that it was my choice and he would be more than happy to monitor by blood, bp, liver, etc. throughout therapy if thats what I wanted to do. I feel I have already spoken with a clinic who knows about this type of therapy so I doubt I will be seeing another doctor. From what I have seen so far, I can 99.5% say Oasis is legit. When I look up the doctor by license number I will able able to report back with 100% certainy. I will even give the doctor a call to make sure he is the person making medical decisions for Oasis. But to tell you guys the truth, I think everything is all good, and do reccomend them. Hope this helps out people who are seeking HRT. I believe it really is something that can improve the quality of your life, and that Oasis is doing a good job.
