just poked myself then and did it in the right spot and put the needle all the way in but no blood?? never happend before......does it mean anything

normally when i inject a bit of blood comes out and i wipe it with swabber this time no droplet of blood at all.

usually with my glute injects it rarely bleeds.

also in my quads if i shove through scar tissue. you'll be fine bro just make sure you're deep enough

thanks bro :thup: I use 23 innche for injecting and make sure its pushed all the way in.I never flex my glute but i always relax it as i was told to do that from the beginning.

How do you know if its in the fat??
