I dont know much about the heart issues, but Ive ran it 2 weeks on 2 off then 2 on again. And I wont ever use it again, I had to go up to 220mcg a day and just didnt like, made me out of breath and seemed like it didnt work. Ill just stick to a ECY stack from now. JMO
