steroid ligament damage?

Does it strengthen the ligament or does it weaken them? I am currently on a nap cycle and hurt some ligaments in my knee pretty bad.

Depends what steroid it is. Deca, and EQ seem to help joints and tendons while others aggrevate them.

A "nap" cycle is about as useful as an armless carpenter BTW.

Nap is in Napoism?? If so...never again. Seems like with Dbol I always end up injured.

When you are on the juice your strength increases so fast that the ligaments are prone to injury because they dont strengthen as fast as your muscles
