I took it for 3 months and didn't increase the dose. You can take it for a long time. No it does not produce estrogen. Great Product.

It has been known to boost 20-somethings into the territory of having somewhat excess estrogen and has been blamed on a handful of gyno cases but it supposedly inhibits SHBG's which is where you get the 400% increase in, its mostly free testosterone increases rather then total testosterone increases. I think tongkat doesnt really boost you any higher then lets say a 150-200 mg per week testosterone enanthate which is very high naturally but isnt sheet compared to dosing on gear.

On the other hand, no matter how much testosterone you have 10% conversion rate to estrogen.
