week 1-10 test E 400-500 mg/w
week 13-15 clomid pct

i do not have access to nolva but will be using b-6 everyday along with tribulus until the end of pct. i have proviron avalable if i need it, but i am not sure if i will.

goal 10-20 lbs of lean mass with little to no bodyfat gain.

Looks good...exept you should try to get nolva. You can get it from ar-r, top right of this screen.

No need for the B6
You should use the Proviron from the first day at 25 to 50mg ED through the cycle.

also i do not want to get the test bloat so i might switch to prop but since this is my first cycle everyone recommends test e. if i get the nolva or proviron i should be able to control all water bloat, right?
