So this is my first cycle and I'm looking for it to be a mild one. I'm looking to gain about 5-10 lbs of lean muscle. Stats are 5'11, 185 lb with 8 yrs lifting.
As of now its:
300 mg/wk of eq for 10 wks
200 mg/wk of primo for 10 wks with pct of course.
I'm trying to avoid test as to see how my body reacts first.Does my original cycle have enough to have me reach my goals with proper training, diet, sleep, etc? Thanks for the help people.
