how soon do you guys feel the effect of propionate?

hi ,just wondering how fast do some of you people feel the effects of propioate? and do you and what type of effects do you feel thanks...

hell yeah, definitely in the first week after starting prop i saw gains in the weight room. it was fast, and I was real surprised. very happy, too!

Takes me about two weeks or slightly longer. I am getting more wood by the end of the first week, but that is about all.

thx for the replys for some reason after only 1 day i can feel it on my face ,dont know if this unique to me ,only happens with prop ...strength gains start within the first week... thanks agin
