If i start my first cycle of test e @ 500 mgs does that mean that i will have to go up higher on my next cycle to get gains? i know that i will eventually have to bump up, but i am kinda skeptical at starting out that high for my first cycle especially only being 20 years old.
500mg is good for a first cycle. the only reason to up the dosage is because results start slowing down. you would probaly need to run a few cycles before you need to up it. more is not always better. higher doses will add up to more side effects. also there comes a point where higher doses will not produce enough results to make it worth it,
for example: on my last cycle I ran 1250mg test/week. I got the same results as I did on 800mg/week, but I did get sides. nothing big but I got bad acne which does not happen to me at 800mg, I also had a real hard time sleeping.
I started off at 400mg of test a week and now I am glad I did.
could you elaborate consistency/ why are you glad you did?
