Hey,
I posted for help on my first cycle and after taking most of your recommendations into mind I started a 200mg Test/200mg Deca cycle two weeks ago.
I will run this for 7-8 weeks with CLomid two weeks after.
IS this cycle too small...will I not see the results I want? Should I add something onto the end of this? I was told a few weeks of Winny might be good.
PLEASE recommedations requested. I DO NOT WANT TO MESS UP MY FIRST CYCLE...so If I have time to increase I want to now.

Hmm.....2 wks into your cycle of test 200 and Deca 200....
You will see some gains, but wont see GREAT gains...
If you can right now, ASAP UP the test to 4-600 and the decas the same. run it longer also, for 10 wks.
then you should be fine.
honestly, you should have waited till you got ALL your questions answered to satart.
What gains should I expect to see on this cycle? How much weight and muscle?
Was looking for 20lbs????
What are your current stats ?
OK I started my cycle at 6ft 198 lbs 2 1/2 weeks ago.
I am now at 205 lbs.
BF is somewhere around 15-17% last time I checked..I will work on that after the cycle is over.
