These questions are bothering the heck out of me. Sorry bro., but why don't you be honest and say you made this thread because you want to see how realistic your goals are. Why don't you post your experiences with DNP and your results since you ran a few cycles in the past? I think it would benefit copious members on this board to see the types of results you got from DNP.
I ran one cycle, I did not get good results. Lost about 5lbs in 1 week. Reason for this was because I got sick and even though I was using vit c it just wasnt enough.
Tommy, what kind of results did you see when using dnp?

The first time around my diet was horrible thus I only lost a lb. or two (if that)..However, I was able to see a slight visible difference. The second time around, I ran it for 7 days @ 400mg and lost 10 lbs. during the cycle. I did 30 mins. of intense cardio each day along with a solid diet each of those 7 days. Today is my 4th day off that cycle and I've gained about 6-7 lbs. back thanks to a crappy diet. Although I've gained some of that weight back, I'm starting to notice mroe definition around my abs and especially around my chest. I hate going by the scale, but this second cycle seems to be yielding some impressive results. I'll run it again a couple times.Originally Posted by zlliks

Everybody is different, but in my case, I noticed some difference while on DNP. Not much, but some. Then when I stopped, I gained weight like no other. I also felt real bloated the first few days and even this morning then when I came home from the gym and looked in the mirror, I was rather shocked. My last dnp run was last fall/winter for 23 days or so as I recall...
I ran 400mg all the way through except the last week.... I ran 600mg and then 800mg for the last 3-4 days just so I could PIG OUT two of the days and get it outta my system...
When it was all said and done, I lost roughly 20-25lbs
Last summer I ran it two or three times??, but I was a lot more lean so I would only run it 10-14 days.... I would lose roughly 6lbs per run, give or take because I was still learning and experimenting different diets, routines, and such
My last summer cycle I ran a gram per day for a couple days because I had off of work.... first day, got to the gym, diet was great.... second day, no gym, diet was still pretty good.... third day and after were ****, body just couldnt do it anymore.... i was eating boxes and boxes of ice cream sandwhiches..... High doses like that are not even worth it IMO

Hmm well on DNP a strict diet IMO should be about 200-400 calories below maintainance while comsuming 50% carbs/35% protein/15% fat..give or take a few numbers..You want to keep your protein intake at a minimum of 1.5g/lb and make sure you're getting in plenty of carbs to keep your body moving simply because DNP uses fructose as a cutting carb. Someone alluded earlier that it may be beneficial to lower carbs since DNP burns carbs first, then fat, but Just make sure you don't go "low-carb" througout the cycle.Originally Posted by jsr
As for cardio, keep it at a moderate-high intensity. I like using the elliptical simply because I have a place to put my hands, hold my water and it doesn't hurt my joints. In 30 mins., you should be able to burn at least 350 calories. If not, then you're not going hard enough. HIIT is a good cardio to add in there as well.
I just followed the cutting sticky in the diet forum while on my DNP run. I ran it for about 9-10 days. 200mg for the first two and then 400mg there on. I cheated on one meal during that time. The carb cravings on DNP are unreal. Definitely a test of the willpower. I lost about 9-10 pounds. It worked great for me, but make sure to take all the right supps.
Well to combat cravings what do you guys think about 4mg nicotine gum?

I don't think you'll need any supplement to combat cravings. You just need to have enough willpower and responsibility to not surround yourself with tempting foods. BUT....if you want an appetite supressant, give SyneBurn a try. It works wonders for me.
I took lipo 6 with it and it helped with the cravings.

Cataracts is extremely rare and way more common in woman than men..Enough antioxidants and vitamins (C & E + a multi) will help in the long run.
