Superclen use..

hey! someone with good tip how to use superclen?i've got 200 mcg tabs..never used them before...i got one tip for using them: 1/4 tab in 2 days, then 1/2 tab in 10 days, then 1/4 tab
in 2 days, then break in 14 days....
is that okej? after the break...should i begin with the same dose?
how long can superclen be used?is important to do something..like drink alot...eat...?i readed that to drink water is nessesary..alot..it's not so easy to find info about superclen...

depends on you. Run for no more then 14 days and it looks like you got it right. You may need more then 1/2 tab based on your body. My buddies run a full 200 for that 10 day period but they use it 10 times a year
