    deca did not help

    I added 100mg of deca with my sust befor injecting into my quad,and the deca did not take any of the pain away, Any ideas? THANKS!!!

    ....did you add the deca 1st or last?? how fast did you inject??..plus why not shoot in the glute??also warm the pin with hot water before injection..
