Do you usually hit the weight real hard, keep pushing yourself to the max and like go up 10lbs or so a week. Or do you use moderate weight that still alittle challenging?
Whats the best way to do it to avoid injury?

push as hard as you can and dont be stupid
push as hard as u can in the gym and in the kitchen!
and when your on a test cycle make sure you have a pice of ass around. if not you are going to have a woody 24 7
I guess everything works differently for everyone. It's all trial and error imo.

stupid = dont over train if you sore stop.
im not sore and i get plenty of rest....It almost seems as if my muscles can handle the weight, yet my body cant...If that makes any senceOriginally Posted by gsxxr
i do 12 rep then 10rep then like 6-8 rep, and if i really want sometimes ill do a 4 rep heavy set..
thats bout it.. but i always make sure im controled slow and not outta wack.
that goes for basically all my exercises.. except like dips and things that u can bang out like 25 or more.. but i usually throw like a 45 lb plate hanging from my waste which cuts it down to like 3 sets of 15
makes sence you should be fine just dont over do things
