what doses of proscar should I use. I lose much hair when on cycle and have now decided to use proscar. what dose should I use and do I use it only on cycle or should I continue after my cycle to?? in that case how long after?

im 23 and have lost a lot of hair... without gear.
gear will only make it worse. oh well here we go.

I know.. here we go...
but I am not into this to end as a runner up. Im in to win! But It would be nice if I had some hair on my head while im standing threre in the spothlights...
