im not plannin on runnin a cycle anytime soon but my friend was tellin me that when i do juice i should run it like this
test e or c 500mg/wk for 6 weeks then take 8 weeks off then 6 on and 8 off. and do this for a year. he said i would get more quality gains that i will keep and not just blow up and lose more of it. he also said that i wouldnt have to run pct cause it wouldnt be long enough or high enough dosages to shut my system down. give me ur opinion
