I am coming off of my cycle of TesE 500mgs a week and Deca 300mgs a week. I did of 15 week cycle total(Dbol first three weeks and EQ to week nine) and kinda have forgot my doses on PCT with clomid. I am and have been taking 10mgs of nolva a day but, would like advice on how long to wait to begin clomid also how much.

Oh yeah finished Deca a week before Test.
