how many of u use creatine while on AS

I think its a good idea.. right through post cycle too

it does seem as a good idea,but i thought since AS is already being used what more can Creatine do? uptake of ATP ?

use it just like other supplements to help keep gains and to improve gains on a cycle,

some people wait till post cycle though.

but with creatine also comes bloatness,so either way the arimidex should work with that creatine sub water weight also:)

i use cell tech after every workout with AS i love AS and cell tech togeter they rock

all da gains from creatine are nothing but water gain.after u continue using it all da water gains are gone ,thats why alot of people thing it promotes weightgain,creatine needs to be cycled like two weeks on one week off so that ur body can get effects.with or without creatine gains are da same i never use it while on roids
