use it just like other supplements to help keep gains and to improve gains on a cycle,

some people wait till post cycle though.

but with creatine also comes bloatness,so either way the arimidex should work with that creatine sub water weight also

all da gains from creatine are nothing but water gain.after u continue using it all da water gains are gone ,thats why alot of people thing it promotes weightgain,creatine needs to be cycled like two weeks on one week off so that ur body can get effects.with or without creatine gains are da same i never use it while on roids
