    50mg winy tabs should I split or

    take one a day. I was thinking half in morning and half in afternoon. Any advice. Hey gisms I appreciate the advice ehat ya think on this one.

    Yes, winny only has a half life of about 4 hours, so splitting the dosage is recommended.. I mean you wouldn't want to "blow your whole wad"???
    I just got some 50mg winny tabs in, I don't like em, but I am spliting the dosage. I like the 5mg, I can split them better and assure myself constant blood levels.. but hey we don't live in a perfect world..
    Okay I am off the subject, but yes, split the dosage, and also dont' forget about Milk Thistle, and ALA, drink plenty of water.. Winny is a 17AA, hince toxic to the liver..

    don't you think 5mg is too little? you are suppose to take 50mg/ed of winny, and that means you gotta eat 10 of those things a day! well you're right about keeping the blood level constant though. Good point Sicilian.
