Hey all,
My buddy has decided to use testo and he will not put down the idea. He has been working out for 4 years but not too big, 5 foot 8 and 160lbs. But he has just all of a suddon decided to take testo.
But im trying to get him to take 350mg a week insted of his planned 500.
Im sure he would get great results at 350mg a week at the weight he is at. Do you guys think so too or should he just go ahead and take 500?
