Don't run winstrol that long. 6 weeks at the most IMO.

if this is first cycle then i suggest running the prop at 50mg/daily. you will see great gains and physical difference when running it ed at a lower dosage. Winstrol ed as well but keep the dosage the same at 50mg. i think the nolva throughout it a good idea. last six weeks for the winny. As for pct you will want to go with a clomid and nolva pct. also an added tribulus wouldnt hurt at all either. as for the amounts that is for you to research. look under Pheednos PCT thread and you will recieve all the answers you need about knowing how to run it.
