georgie and consistancy and everyone else who gave me legitament help thank you. its for a competition tomorow, im not just doing it for fun. Im down to 4 pounds, and i know i can do this. im going to do some jumprope tonight, sleep, then do cardio and sauna allll morning. weigh ins are at 9:00

i used to wrestle in highschool but i was always on point with weight. i had time for this competition thrown at my face today, so im in a rush to loose it now. wish me luck bros
btw consistancy - why no clen? wont this help me sweat some extra water off? No coffe either?
