Bros, 2 part help needed....
Last cycle I bloated up bigtime in the face and got comments like "if I had a pin, I could pop you like a balloon". About to start another cycle of Test/Deca, maybe Anapolan and know it is a mass cycle.
1-So what is best to take while on this type of cycle to avoid such bloat?
2-Also, what is best to take to avoid losing too much gains when the 10 or 12 wk cycle is complete?

1. stay away from alot of sodium. drink alot of water. im sure theres plenty more ways i dont know about, someone else will chime in with that.
2. clomid will get ur natural test levels back so u will keep more of ur gains
what did ur last cycle look like?
Nolvadex is good to keep the bloat down, 10mgs during cycle.
When your cycle is done, you need proper pct...check out the forum. Clomid therapy, and nolva at 20mgs a day for 4 weeks.
bro I just started my 5th cycle which will include test prop and dbol so I to will bloat up bad, I found last cycle that arimidex at .25mg ED along with 10mg nolva ED helped to keep my blood pressure down and bloat away to some extent. Also lowering carbs to cut will make you hold less water, but dont know if your bulking or cutting.

L-dex keeps water off me. Works great.
Nolva and dex are both great for helping combat water.
Nolva and clomid are a must after a cycle. Dex can be used as well
I'd reccomend running Test prop and Nandrolone Phenylprop instead of a longer estered test and deca. Also, .25-.5mg of l-dex and 10-20mg of nolva will help. Keep the salt intake low and the water intake high.
Everybody replied so quickly, thank you, seems unanimous for Nolvadex and LDex to get ride of the bloat and Clomid to keep most of my mass/gains. Is this what I understand?
