    Question Spot injections

    Hey bro's,

I am starting to do more spot injections to get my left side up to par with my right.

So far I have done the deltoid and yesterday I did my left bicep. No problems so far and the pain has been minimal.

Sunday, I am looking at injecting the left pec.

I have seen the pics that show the guy shooting in to the upper outter portion of the muscle, which seems logical.

Can anyone else give me some good input for the pec inject's??

I have done calves, delts, triceps, biceps and chest (only experimenting) .

Id recommend trying the triceps and calves before doing the chest. They are a lot easier and your heart rate doesnt seem to go up so much

if you have a lagging body part then train it accordingly until the size is the same and if this means dropping back on the weight so be it. But shoot into both muscle groups, not only in one.

In your mind you have preference of one side of the body group over the other. It needs to be 100% focus so that both body parts (say biceps) do the exact same work, same reps, same strength etc.

what to do is for the lagging body parts only use one sided dumbells, and machines. Dont do barbell or two hand grip bars.

    Say biceps.

If you can do 10 reps of 40kgs with one arm, and only 35kgs for 10 reps with the other then drop the 40 and stick with 35's. Slowly increase the weight on each dumbell but ever so slowly. Do it until both arms are the same size and then learn on 100% focus on your body so when you use barbells you face no mind over matter thing

    Peace

cool thanks IG. I always use dumbells, it's wierd cause i can flex the right pec alot harder as well, when i try to flex the left hard it really pulls on my delt. ive been working on this for awile to correct it, im all about perportion. the left arm also tends to die before the right when doing dumbells.
