question about training after cycle.
ok stats first.
25 y/o
5foot 9
180 lbs
roughly 13-14% bf
Cycle will look like this
weeks 1-12 500mg of test E
weeks 1-10 400mg deca
nolv ED at 20mg
PCT 2 weeks after last shot of test E
My question is when I'm cycling I lift like a friggin animal. When I come off should I take the training down a bit. Less volume or what. I'm squared away with everything but that. Just need a little advice before the plunge Thanks bros

Its a good idea to cut down volume a little bit, get more rest. Stick to concentrating on compound movements like squats, deads, bench, etc. Keep training like a f*!king animal bro!!

from what i've read most advise to keep the intensity just as high but reduce the volume/frequency since your recovery will be different...
