    Canadian Steriod Laws ?

    Hi,

    What are the specific laws pertaining to steriods ?

    What is lega/illegal ?

    What are the sentences ?

    Are they cracking down on people with personal orders ceased by customs coming over the border ?

    This has been beaten to death, use the search

    I've had cops find my gear, look at it, and give it back... it is legal or posses for personal use only, not sell. If they catch it at the boarder you'll never see it again... its in the same drug schedual as perscription medication and you can't just buy script meds without a script, but no one will ask for one if you've already got it.

    Just like if you have a couple Tylenol 3's in your pocket and a cop finds them, he won't ask for a script and I'm sure he won't take them, but if you had 1000 T3's it could very well look like you were a dealer and you'd get hit with intent to distribute. Same with gear

    Do you recall any posts that gave links to the laws etc. in Canada on this.

    I suspect you are correct, but I would like to be careful.

    I used to but they moved the site all around and I can't find it anymore (health canada). I do know for fact that possestion is legal because my gf tried to bust me when we broke up (i made a thread about it), cops came because she said "drugs" not AAS, found my gear, said I hadn't broken the law and left.

    Canadians laws to steroids

    1- they are illegal
    2- They are illegal to buy or sell
    3- they are LEGAL to possess

    sentences are NONE except if you import 1 billions amp of sust, then maybe you will end up in a federal condo!

    actually to the US residents yes!

    I agree they're illegal to buy (w/o a script) or sell, but isn't saying they are illegal in general condradictory to possession being legal?
