Blood Test Results - I am pissed !!!!!

I have just had another blood test done. The last one was done about 2 months ago, I have been off cycle since last November and I am going to start again in a couple of weeks, if I can get my shoulder and elbow working again.

Now remember, I have just turned 50. everything is within the normal range including Estradiol which was 17.7 pg/ml, IGF-1 was 149 ng/ml both pretty normal for my age.

The one that really gets me is Total Testosterone which was 351 ng/dl, its at the low end of the range which is 241-827 but that last time I had it tested it was 531 ng/dl. I have been taking Tribulus, Tongkat-Ali and Gingko Bilboa by the truck load and it doesnt look like its doing sh!t I am thinking that HRT might be looming large on the horizon here.

To have to start HRT at 50 aint too bad...I hope I can hold out that long myself.

I am abit nervous about going down that road, because like Herpes, its forever. And there are no studies that I am aware of, of the possibilty of causing long term side effects.
