It acts just a bit slower than prop. So that should give you a baseline on when it 'kicks in'. Also, I just bumped a nnp profile the other day by big k.l.g and if you preform a search of "nandrolone phenylpropionate profile" you should find it too, and it has actual charts on blood levels.
