it all depends if you wanna take a advantage of the your short acting ester(prop) otherwise if you don't you will still make some good gains...
if you want to get 100% effect from the sust then use ´250mg eod because of the short esters.
Not need to frontload on a first cycle.

He can preload his syringes and do 1/2 ml each other day. That's a much better option than telling an inexperienced user to shoot almost a gram per week.
