Can I cycle if I have BPH?
I am under 40 and have BPH and taking flowmax. Can I cycle with a testosterone and a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor such as dutesteride/avodart or proscar? If so would this help shrink my prostate and improve my gains? Would post cycle therapy worsen BPH?

benign prostate hyperplasia....AKA enlarged prostate. Well yeah the dutasteride will help, just not sure to what extent. Maybe try it out and have a doctor monitor it.

benign prostatic hyperplasia
Has anyone cycled with an oral 5 alpha reductase inhibitor? I see many using topical treatments, so I assumed there must be an interaction with the oral medication. I have researched the topic but do not see a negative interaction. Dutasteride alone has shown to increase total testosterone to 17.9% at 8 weeks. Does anyone include this drug in their cycles? Or, if one has benign prostatic hyperplasia, is there a specific testosterone to recommend or avoid?

Sure, you can do that. Just keep monitoring your prostate. Teach your GF to do a digital, and get your PSA levels checked during your cycle.
