****!Tore my pec major tendon clean out of the insertion...
i have surgery scheduled for tomorrow because i tore my pec tendon doing bench press on friday
doc said id be out for a few months and i was just wondering if anyone out there would know if it would be a good idea for me to run some clen on my time off (ill still be doing legs and cardio, just not upperbody).
if so, how long could a run it and whats a good dosage?
im just going through pct right now and i want to hang on to as much of my gains as possible
thanks

r u sure u want to go through with the surgery? i had the same thing happen to me and my friend. i didn't have surgery and i'm back to lifting heavy, while my friend did have the surgery and he still can't lift even his own weight. u may want to ask around.

yeah man the surgery is definately what im going for
if i want to continue bodybuilding i will have to basically
my pec major tendon is completely disconnected and my pec delt tie in muscle has retracted down into my right pec with the tendon
so i cant function if i dont have it reattached

the surgeon and various medical reports i have read have all said that the surgery will actually make the area stronger. from what ive learned it can be up to 107% of what it was in strength due to the indestructable permanent stiches that will be in place and what not.
Anyone have any thoughts on my question about clen ?

I partially tore the tendon over a year ago. I was told I needed surgery or I'd never have the same strength in the area again. I didn't get the surgery and I'm even stronger now. I advise against it.
Forget clen . You need HGH. And stay on AAS.

Whatever you do I'd still get on gh. Your recovery will be drastically faster.

Redmeat is right about that GH, i tore both my hamstrings in august of last year and it wasn't until i starting taking GH for a month that my hams didn't hurt anymore. Just for that reason alone my gh was worth the money.

i dont have access to the gh though and i dont have the money
i do have neough for some clen though and it is available to me
so my question, would it be worth it to run the clen on my time off or no?
if so what kind of dosage should i use and how long can i cycle it?

a full tear will not heal without surgery. your chest will be permanently deformed without immediate surgery.

You could run it if your bf is higher than you want. As far as it helping you hold on to gains, i don't think it will. Clen will make you lose some weight depending on your diet.

dude, i feel bad for you! every time you want to know how long or if u should even run clen , everyone is like, "dude, dont get the surgery" or dude, i tore a hamstring and never got surgery and im even stronger. i just thought it was funny that nobody actually answered your question, perosnally if i had the oportunity for clen and not gh, id take it so i wouldnt look like a fat ass when i did heel. itd be like a big chunk of botter with rock solid legs, Weird huh?

yeah they had to drill into the bone and everything like u said
i tend to heal pretty quickly tho
i recently injured my lower back quite badly doing deadlifts and was told it would take 6 weeks minimum to heal but here i am 2.5 weeks later and its healed already, no pain or anything at all
my arm hurts a ton tho from surgery, i cant move it for 2 weeks or i risk tearing the muscle repair job
