Can one shed bf and add muscle on a test/dbol cycle??
My buddy and I are debating over this issue. I told him that one can shed bodyfat and add muscle from a test/dbol cycle IF AND ONLY IF your diet is in check. He on the other hand claims that even if your diet is in check, you wont shed bodyfat with this cycle. What do you guys think?
Oh, and BTW, the diet that I am talking about is the lean diet that this forum has as a sticky in the nutrition section.
EDIT- Would Test/Dbol (Dbol being the kick starter for wks 1-4) yield the same results as Test/M1t (M1T being the kick starter for wks 1-4)??Last edited by Reelmuscle; 04-18-2005 at 04:40 PM.

If you put on lean muscle only and kept the exact lbs of fat your percentage would drop anyway. I think you will get some water retention but could loose a small bit of fat and still build some lean mass. Cardio, diet, training, rest.

Ok, so at minimum one can maintain bf (not lose, not add) and add muscle assuming rest, diet, etc.. are in check..correct??

i think it would be possible if estrogen levels were kept in check.
as mesomorphyl said you may experience water retention so be ready as it can confuse the issue visually.
depending on dosages arimidex at 0.25mg every day or every other day plus nolvodex at 10-20mg/day would help.
high estrogen levels make it harder to lose fat even while calorie restricting.

Of course you can lose some BF % and gain muscle while on test/dbol . It might just show as much due to water retention. Test and dbol will not add fat, if you eat well

Yeah but you should rather focus on just one thing coz you'll be wasting your gear and getting half a$$ed results.
Either :
1. Eat eat eat and gain as much muscle as possible then shed the fat later
or
2. Use the AS just to preserve muscle while dieting, in that case you could drop the d bol
