Flushing your body & urinalysis

For those that take a piss test and use recreational drugs do you flush your system with a whole bunch of water? What were the results? Any other get clean quick tips (flushing seems to be the best)? I don't do recreational drugs but do take AAS and slam a whole bunch of H2O before peeing. Haven't had a mishap yet and yes I know most employes do test for gear.

you have been tested for gear for a job interview?? I have never been tested for that besides it would only show up as high test levels and that's not illegal!!
