i have been researching day and night to find out if i am read to cycle. i believe i am physically big enough to start but i do know that i could gain more naturally. So thanx 4 all your help and i will still be hanging around here, but i am going to try and gain 20 more pounds naturally and when i hit 230 @ 8% bf i am going to do my first cycle....

yea i am 210 at 5'11 and 8% now so i am going to try and gain another 20 lbs this year. and think of starting up a cyclewhen i turn 21 this time next year.

i don't know about good genetics, but i keep my diet on track.
When i graduated high school i was a cut 170 and now i am a cut 208 so i believe that i can get to 230 naturally and then start juicing.
