With those goals: Var, proper diet & cardio will help you immensely... but I'd suggest perfecting your diet before touching anything at all.

You can do a cycle of test only, and you also can run both var and test together.... many choices.
All we're saying is that you could easily get 10lbs from diet and var alone.
Sh!t, diet/training/cardio alone would probably get you there!
