vitamins in the heat
i live in an apartment that does not have central air. i have the window air conditiners that just run when im home. tomorrow is supposed to be the first hot day and could hit about 90deg in my appt. while im at work.
is the heat ok or should put my vitamins in the refrigerator?
any other ideas on how to protect them?

Are you talking actual vitamins or gear? I wouldn't put gear in the fridge becuase you might cause it to crash.

I wouldn't put what ever kind of "vitamins" you are taking in fridge but i would try and find a cool place out of the sun for sure.

it will cost you more on energy bills to come home to a 80 or 90 degree apt and cut the air on. The a/c will work its but off to cool the house. Leave it on all day. Regulate the thermostat.
