just got some russian ds and im waiting on some test e. i was wondering if i orderd that clomid spray **** off line thats legal or whatever if that would work just as good as pills or not. also i want to put some seroius size on and keep it what should i do lifting wise on cycle and off?

I wouldnt bother with the prohormone... workout plan looks good as long as you are not overtraining. eat eat eat

Ok, assuming your getting enough gear to do this minimum cycle:

wks 1-4 35mg dbol /ed (assumes 1 100 tab bottle of 10mg/tab)
wks 1-10 500mg test E/wk (assumes at least 2 10 ml bottles of test E @ 250mg/ml) [shot mon morn and thurs night]

wks 1-12 nolva(Tamoxifene) 10mg/ed (more if you feel gyno)
Start clomid therapy 2 weeks after last test shot, and bump nolva dose to 20mg/ed
