    Hide the Women and Children....I'm back as a mod!

    Don't let the "retired" part of the title fool you...I'm back as a mod (note the lovely shade of blue my name appears in...).

    My PM feature is now on again, and we're open for buisness as usual....

    Well...I left...more or less, to concentrate on writing the profiles page for this site....when I left here, it's important to note, that I also requested that I not be made a VET here. I also left anonther board I mod'ed at, and resigned "VET" status at every board I had it on, and requested that my user name be deleted from their records (this includes both VET forums and "invite only" boards I was a member of). The only place I stayed was BB4L, where I am an Admin.

    In addition, I'm still playing rugby and coaching as well as rehabbing a knee injury, and those things took and still take alot of my time.

    When I left here, I resumed writing more, as evidenced by the flurry of profiles I've recently posted.

    Anyway, some recent and unfortunate events here have brought me out of retirement. Having found out about these events, I offered System Admin (Brian) my unconditional support, in whatever form it needs to take....that offer was also made to 'Vette.

    I came home from practice tonight to see my name in Blue...so suppose that being a mod again (for however long is necessary or desirable) is the form that support is going to take. I'm honored to be able to support Brian, 'Vette, and the members of this board through this time, and more.

    I have some 10 amps of sus250. Can I make a cycle work and gains at least 25-30 lbs of mass. Also i dont want to gain much fat in the process. Can this be done?
